About Pillow’d
Pillow’d is owned and operated by PICKD LABS INC ("Pillow’d," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern purchases from and use of getpillowd.com and our associated checkout at checkout.getpillowd.com.
Please review these terms before placing an order. Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy describe additional purchase conditions. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Ordering and payment
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or have a parent or legal guardian place the order for you. Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorized to use.
Prices are shown in US dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable shipping charges and taxes appear at checkout before you complete your purchase. Payment is processed through our checkout providers.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We may need to cancel an order because an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorized, fraud is reasonably suspected, or a material listing error affects the purchase. If this happens, we will notify you and promptly refund any amount collected for the canceled items, including applicable taxes and shipping charges. We will not charge a corrected price without your agreement.
Products and information
We aim to describe and photograph our products accurately. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. Review the product description, size, ingredients, and instructions before purchasing. If you need clarification, contact us before ordering.
Use products only as directed on their labels. Review ingredients for known sensitivities and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Product information on our website is not individualized medical advice. Nothing in this section limits your rights concerning unsafe, defective, or misdescribed products.
Promotions
Discounts are subject to the eligibility rules, expiration dates, exclusions, and combination restrictions stated with the offer. Enter a valid discount code before completing checkout. Changes to an offer do not affect orders already accepted under that offer.
Shipping, changes, and final sale
We currently ship within the United States to addresses supported at checkout. We process orders ourselves and normally dispatch within 1–3 business days. Delivery time is additional. See our Shipping Policy for our schedule and delay procedures.
Contact hello@getpillowd.com immediately to request an address change or cancellation. We will try to help before dispatch, but cannot guarantee that a request can be completed once processing begins. This does not restrict cancellation or refund rights required by law.
All sales are final. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including for unused or unopened products. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains how to report damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items. Final sale does not remove rights or remedies available under applicable law.
Website content and acceptable use
Our branding, original photographs, text, and other original website materials belong to us or their respective owners. You may browse the website and use it to shop for personal purposes. Do not reproduce our materials for commercial use without permission, interfere with website security, submit fraudulent orders, or use the website unlawfully.
Third-party services and external websites have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control external websites linked from our store.
Liability and consumer rights
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. This does not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable product liability, fraud, or mandatory consumer remedies. We do not disclaim warranties that applicable law does not allow us to disclaim.
Applicable law and updates
Ohio law governs these terms to the extent permitted by law, without overriding mandatory protections available under the laws that apply to your purchase. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms for future use and purchases. The version in effect when you place your order governs that purchase unless we both agree otherwise or law requires a change.
